We will advise in terms the construction of new buildings and the conversion, maintenance, change of use, extension and alteration of existing structures from conceptual schemes to practical completion including statutory consents, detailed design and specification, the appointment of other consultants as may be required, contractor selection, formal tendering and contract administration.
Listed building consent is required for works to a listed building which are deemed to affect its character as a building of special architectural or historic interest. We will advise in terms of the conservation, repair, improvement and, where permissible, the alteration of all grades of listed building and the implementation of approved schemes.
These include condition surveys, specific defect analysis, insurances reinstatement assessments, planned maintenance inspections and construction monitoring but contact us for an informal discussion about any building or construction related matter.
